CRIMES (MENTAL IMPAIRMENT AND UNFITNESS TO BE TRIED) ACT 1997 - SECT 38Z

Court may make orders pending making of supervision order

If the Children's Court declares a child liable to supervision, the court may make any one or more of the following orders pending the making of a supervision order—

        (a)     an order granting the child bail;

        (b)     an order remanding the child in custody;

        (c)     any other order the court thinks appropriate.
