CRIMES (MENTAL IMPAIRMENT AND UNFITNESS TO BE TRIED) ACT 1997 - SECT 53

Limited off-ground leave allows a forensic patient or forensic resident to be absent from the place of custody—

S. 53(a) substituted by No. 7/2002 s. 24(a).

        (a)     between the hours of 6.00 am and 9.00 pm; and

S. 53(b) amended by No. 7/2002 s. 24(b).

        (b)     outside those hours on a maximum of 3 days in any 7 day period.
