CRIMES (MENTAL IMPAIRMENT AND UNFITNESS TO BE TRIED) ACT 1997 - SECT 56

    (1)     Extended leave is leave for a forensic patient or forensic resident to be absent from the place of custody—

        (a)     for the period, not exceeding 12 months; and

        (b)     subject to the conditions (if any)—

specified by the court.
