Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a person is authorised by or under any other Act to appeal from an order of the Magistrates' Court to the County Court, subject to that Act, the provisions of this Act with respect to appeals to the County Court apply.

(2) In this section, if the appeal was from the Magistrates' Court constituted by the Chief Magistrate who is a dual commission holder, a reference to the County Court is to be construed as a reference to the Court of Appeal.
