CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 420G

Judgment in trial by judge alone

In a trial by judge alone, the judgment must include—

        (a)     the principles of law applied by the trial judge; and

        (b)     the facts on which the trial judge relied.
