CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 420I
Right of appeal against decision regarding trial by judge alone
A party to a proceeding in which the court makes a decision regarding trial by
judge alone may appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision if the
Court of Appeal gives the party leave to appeal.
New s. 420J inserted by No. 11/2022 s. 3.
