CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 420N

Determination of appeal to be entered on record

The Registrar of Criminal Appeals of the Supreme Court must transmit the decision of the Court of Appeal to the court that made the decision regarding trial by judge alone and that court must enter the decision on the court record.
