Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The approved provider of a children's service must ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children being educated and cared for by the service from harm and from any hazard likely to cause injury.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of an individual.
300 penalty units, in any other case.
(2) A nominated supervisor of a children's service must ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children being educated and cared for by the service from harm and from any hazard likely to cause injury.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
