Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If, under this Division, a person is taken to hold a provider approval, any conditions of the old licence relating to that person are taken to be conditions of the provider approval, unless inconsistent with this Act.
(2) If, under this Division, a person is taken to hold a service approval, any conditions of the old licence relating to the children's service are taken to be conditions of the service approval, unless inconsistent with this Act.
