CHILDREN'S SERVICES ACT 1996 - SECT 88

In considering whether the grant of a service waiver is appropriate, the Regulatory Authority may have regard to—

        (a)     any matters disclosed in the application; and

        (b)     any other matter the Regulatory Authority thinks fit.
