Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must cause a review to be made of the first 5 years of operation of the reportable conduct scheme and must cause a copy of a report of the review to be laid before each House of Parliament on or before 1 July 2023.
(2) A review under subsection (1) must include
consideration as to whether the reportable conduct scheme should be
expanded to apply to any other entities.
