DOCKLANDS ACT 1991 - SECT 65

Development Victoria and Melbourne City Council may enter into an agreement


S. 65(1) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 33(12).

    (1)     Development Victoria and Melbourne City Council may enter into an agreement in relation to any matter associated with the return of the docklands area to the municipal district of the City of Melbourne.

    (2)     An agreement made under subsection (1) must—

        (a)     provide for the prescribed matters; and

        (b)     not be inconsistent with this Part or any Order made under this Part.
