DOCKLANDS ACT 1991 - SECT 9

    (1)     The objective of Development Victoria under this Act is to promote, encourage and facilitate development of the docklands area.

    (2)     In carrying out its objective, functions and powers under this Act Development Victoria must give full recognition to government objectives, policies and plans for the operation of the Port of Melbourne.
