DUTIES ACT 2000 - SECT 248B

    (1)     The Commissioner must keep a register of approved agents including each approved agent's name and assigned number.

    (2)     The Commissioner—

        (a)     must make the register of approved agents available on an Internet website maintained by the Commissioner; and

        (b)     may make the register available by any other method.
