DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 100D

A Council may disclose information held by that Council to—

        (a)     another Council; or

        (b)     a restricted authorised officer; or

        (c)     a Departmental authorised officer—

for the purpose of the performance of functions under Part 4 or Part 4AA or regulations under those Parts by that person.
