(1) A person may apply to the Secretary for the grant of an animal registry licence.
(2) An application under subsection (1)—
(a) must include the prescribed particulars; and
(b) must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) An applicant must give the Secretary any further information relating to the application that the Secretary requests.
