Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the Secretary has determined conditions that a person must comply with under section 63W(1), and the Secretary is satisfied that those conditions have been complied with before the expiry of the period specified under section 63W(2)(a), the Secretary may determine that the prohibition is to cease to have effect before that expiry.
(2) The Secretary must give written notice of a determination under subsection (1) to the person to whom the prohibition applies and must specify in the notice the date on which the prohibition ceases to have effect.
