DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 63Y

Devices implanted before 20 May 2003

If a dog or a cat has been implanted with a permanent identification device before 20 May 2003, that dog or cat is deemed to have been implanted with a prescribed permanent identification device.
