DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 84WAB

S. 84WAB(1) amended by No. 3/2022 s. 39(6).

    (1)     A person who is subject to an order under section 84WA must comply with the order.

Penalty:     240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.

    (2)     Nothing in this section affects the powers of the court, or of the Supreme Court, in relation to contempt of court.
