DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 95A

Extended period to prosecute offence

Despite section 7 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , proceedings for an offence against section 41EB may be commenced within the period of 3 years after the commission of the alleged offence.
