Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must ensure that the alkaloid poppy register, or any part of the alkaloid poppy register, is only accessed by a prescribed person, or class of prescribed person, who is authorised to do so by the Secretary.
(2) The Secretary must ensure that personal information in the alkaloid poppy register is only disclosed in accordance with this Act.
