Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the Commission has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its responsibilities and functions.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Commission may, subject to this Act, make and issue directions for or with respect to the enrolment process, elections and election procedures.
