Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person to whom an immediate school community safety order applies may make submissions to the authorised person at any time regarding the continuation of the immediate school community safety order.
(2) Submissions under subsection (1) must be made in writing unless the person who is the subject of the order has written permission from the authorised person to make oral submissions.
