EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.2.6
Parent not required to contribute to cost of additional support
A parent of a student with a disability or impairment is not required to
contribute to the cost of the provision of additional support for the
education in a Government school of that student.
