EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.43
Employment of members of the Principal Class or the Executive Class
Employment by transfer or promotion to a position in the Principal Class or
the Executive Class must be made under a contract of employment under Division
3 or Division 3A respectively.
