EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.48
Allocation of work amongst the Boards
The senior chairperson appointed under section 2.4.45A is to
determine—
(a) the allocation of business to
the Boards; and
(b) which Board is to hear a review
or appeal.
