EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.79
Decisions of Board
(1) A decision of the majority of members of a
Disciplinary Appeals Board in relation to an appeal is to be treated as the
decision of the Board.
(2) A Disciplinary Appeals Board must not refuse
to hear an appellant except by a unanimous decision.
