EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 3.3.42

Staff conditions

An adult education institution may determine terms and conditions of employment of persons employed under section 3.3.40 in addition to any terms or conditions that were determined or agreed in accordance with Part 6 of the Adult, Community and Further Education Act 1991 .
