Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) For the purpose of performing its functions, the Authority has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with, or as incidental to, the performance of its functions.
(2) The Authority, in the performance of its functions, may exercise its powers in Victoria and elsewhere.
(3) This section does not limit any other power given to the Authority by any other provision of this Act.
