Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Authority may, after the conduct of a review in accordance with section 4.3.35 and after considering any submissions made in accordance with that section, by notice published in the Government Gazette, revoke or suspend the approval or deemed approval or impose any condition on the approval or deemed approval.
(2) Any suspension, revocation or condition imposed by the Authority under subsection (1) takes effect on the date the notice is published in the Government Gazette or such later date as is specified in the notice.
