EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 4.9.3

False representation

A person must not wilfully make or cause to be made, or provide, any false or misleading information in any matter relating to registration on the State Register under this Chapter.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
