EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 5.2.5

Minister's power over reserved Crown lands

The Minister, for and on behalf of the Crown, may enter into any lease or licence over any land reserved for educational purposes under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 .
