EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 5.5.6
Employer must have Authority's approval to enter into a training contract with an apprentice
An employer must not employ a person under a training contract unless the
employer is approved by the Authority to do so.
Penalty: 10 penalty units for a natural person and 50 penalty
units for a body corporate.
