Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf the school councils and governing bodies of all the beneficiary schools recommend to the Minister that the distribution of income amongst them be varied in a specified manner, the Minister may direct the trustee company to act in accordance with any such recommendation until superseded by a subsequent direction by the Minister under this section.
