Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDivision 9A inserted by section 12 of the Education and Training Reform Further Amendment Act 2008 may apply in respect of the conduct of an employee in the teaching service that occurred before the commencement of section 12 of that Act unless before that commencement an investigation or an inquiry under Division 10 into that conduct has been commenced.
