Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSection 2.4.61A, as inserted by section 5 of the Education and Training Reform Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2016 , applies in relation to conduct occurring before or after the commencement of section 5 but does not apply in relation to conduct that is the subject of an inquiry under Division 10 of Part 2.4 that is commenced before the commencement of section 5.
