Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Accreditation of initial teacher education programs in Australia: Standards and Procedures , developed by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership, as in force immediately before the commencement of section 6 of the amending Act are, on and from the commencement of that section, taken to be standards approved by the Minister under section 2.6.5(2).
(2) In this section—
"amending Act" means the Education and Training Reform Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2021 .
