Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Despite the amendments made to section 3.3.26 by section 23 of the amending Act, Adult Multicultural Education Services as established and in existence under that section as in force immediately before its amendment continues on and from the commencement day as AMES Australia under section 3.3.26 as if it had been established under that section.
(2) In this section—
"amending Act" means the Education Legislation Amendment (Adult and Community Education and Other Matters) Act 2022 ;
"commencement day" means the day on which section 23 of the amending Act comes into operation.
