An employer or principal is not vicariously liable for a contravention of a
provision of Part 4 or 6 or this Part by an employee or agent if the employer
or principal proves, on the balance of probabilities, that the employer or
principal took reasonable precautions to prevent the employee or agent
contravening this Act.
