FORESTS ACT 1958 - SECT 75I

Offence to contravene production notice

A person who is given a production notice must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene the production notice.

Penalty:     20 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;

    100 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
