Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Once the IBAC has determined the orders, the issue of which is to be reviewed, the IBAC, in writing, must give the Chief Commissioner notice of that information.
(2) On receiving a notice under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner must allow the IBAC to have access to all information on which the decision to make the order was based.
