Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) After reviewing the issue of an order, the IBAC, in writing, may recommend that the Chief Commissioner take any action that the IBAC considers appropriate.
(2) The Chief Commissioner must give a written response to the IBAC's recommendation within 45 days of receiving the recommendation.
(3) A recommendation under subsection (1) must be made in private.
