Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This Act as amended by sections 8 and 9 of the Firearms Amendment Act 2018 applies to any application for a licence to which section 17 applies, whether that application was made before, on or after the commencement of those sections.
(2) This Act as amended by sections 11 and 12 of the Firearms Amendment Act 2018 applies to any application for renewal of a licence to which section 42 applies, whether the application was made before, on or after the commencement of those sections.
