FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Part 1 and sections 60 and 61 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on 1 July 1994.
