Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if the Information Commissioner refuses under section 61TB or 61TC to conduct an investigation on a public interest complaint.
(2) Within a reasonable time after the public interest complaint is referred to the Information Commissioner by the IBAC, the Information Commissioner must inform the IBAC and the person who made the public interest disclosure of—
(a) the refusal to conduct the investigation; and
(b) the reason for that refusal.
