HERITAGE ACT 2017 - SECT 198

Offence to hinder inspector or authorised person

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an inspector or authorised person exercising a power under this Part.

Penalty:     60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months or both.
