HERITAGE ACT 2017 - SECT 43

An owner of a place, object or land who is subject to an obligation under section 42, 42A, 42B, 42C or  42D must comply with that obligation.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 240 penalty units.
