HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2001 - SECT 68

In exercising a power under section 64, 66 or 67, the Health Complaints Commissioner—

        (a)     must proceed with as much expedition
as the requirements of this Act and proper investigation of the matter permit; and

        (b)     is not bound by the rules of evidence.
