HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2001 - SECT 74

When may the Tribunal hear a complaint?

    (1)     The Tribunal may hear a complaint—

S. 74(1)(a) amended by No. 22/2016 s. 217.

        (a)     referred to it by the Health Complaints Commissioner under section 51, 57, 63 or  65;

        (b)     referred to it by the Minister under section 54.

    (2)     The Tribunal also has the jurisdiction conferred by section 73.
