Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe holder of any bill may if he thinks fit issue one writ according to this Part against all or any number of the parties to such bill; and such writ shall be the commencement of a proceeding or proceedings against the parties therein named respectively; and all subsequent proceedings against such respective parties shall be in like manner (so far as may be) as if separate writs had been issued.
